Artwork & Copyright Policy

Customer-Submitted Artwork

By uploading artwork, logos, images, text, or design files to Pressora Prints, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have permission from the legal owner to reproduce it.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not violate any copyright, trademark, licensing agreement, brand guideline, or intellectual property rights.

Pressora Prints is not responsible for legal claims, disputes, or damages resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

Restricted Artwork

Pressora Prints reserves the right to refuse any artwork that includes copyrighted material, trademarked logos, offensive content, hateful imagery, illegal content, or anything we believe may violate another person’s rights.

Artwork Review

We may review submitted artwork for print quality, file resolution, background issues, sizing, placement, and production concerns. Artwork review does not confirm legal ownership or copyright clearance.

Proof Approval

If a digital proof is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, colors, placement, sizing, and design details before approval.

Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Design Services

If Pressora Prints creates or edits artwork for your order, the final design may not be reused, resold, altered, or reproduced without written permission unless ownership rights are transferred in writing.

Use of Completed Work

Pressora Prints may showcase completed work for portfolio, website, marketing, or social media purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
