Thank you for choosing Pressora Prints. Every order is produced with care and attention to quality. Because many of our products are custom-made, production begins only after your order has been confirmed and, when applicable, artwork has been approved.
Order Processing
Most custom orders begin processing within 1–3 business days after payment and artwork approval.
Production times vary depending on the type of product, order size, and current production schedule.
Estimated production times:

Custom Embroidery: 5–10 Business Days

Bulk & Corporate Orders: Production times vary and will be communicated before production begins.
Production time is separate from shipping time.

Order Tracking

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If a delay occurs, we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect shipping address is entered:

Address changes can only be made before the order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute or recover the package.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Pressora Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number.

Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and products.
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other appropriate remedy.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is complete.
