Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Pressora Prints. By accessing our website, placing an order, uploading artwork, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Our Services

Pressora Prints provides premium custom apparel printing, embroidery, promotional products, branded merchandise, and custom apparel solutions for individuals, businesses, organizations, schools, churches, and events.

Because many of our products are custom-made, slight variations in garment color, print placement, embroidery stitching, and product appearance may occur and are considered normal.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are produced specifically for each customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Production begins after payment and artwork approval (when applicable).
Orders cannot be modified once production has started.
You are responsible for reviewing all artwork, garment selections, sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, and shipping information before submitting your order.

Artwork Ownership

By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or graphics, you certify that you own the rights to use the submitted materials or have permission from the legal owner.

Customers assume full legal responsibility for all uploaded artwork.

Pressora Prints reserves the right to refuse any artwork that may violate copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Business customers may receive custom quotes, invoices, or draft orders before production begins.

Production Times

Estimated production times are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Production schedules may vary due to:

Order volume
Inventory availability
Equipment maintenance
Holidays
Weather
Other unforeseen circumstances

Shipping

Shipping estimates begin after production has been completed.

Pressora Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, most custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun.

If an item is produced incorrectly, arrives damaged, or contains a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and original artwork created by Pressora Prints remain the intellectual property of Pressora Prints unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload malicious software or harmful content.
