Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Pressora Prints. Every custom order is produced specifically for you, and we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Custom Products

Because all custom apparel, embroidery, and printed products are made to order, all sales are final once production has begun.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom printed apparel

  • Custom embroidered apparel

  • Personalized products

  • Items with custom names, logos, or artwork

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Customer-uploaded artwork that contains spelling, design, or formatting errors approved before production

  • Color variations that may occur between digital screens and printed products

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork, logos, spelling, colors, and design details are correct before production begins.

If a digital proof is provided, production will not begin until approval has been received.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we made an error during production, we will make it right.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect design printed

  • Incorrect garment delivered

  • Wrong embroidery placement

  • Printing defects

  • Damaged item received during shipping

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If your claim is approved, Pressora Prints may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item

  • Reprint the order

  • Repair the item (when applicable)

  • Issue a full or partial refund

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled only before production begins.

Once artwork has been approved or production has started, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the best resolution.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
