Refund & Return Policy

Custom Orders

Every custom apparel, embroidery, and printing order is produced specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all custom sales are final once production has begun.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

  • Custom printed apparel
  • Custom embroidered apparel
  • Personalized products
  • Custom logos or artwork
  • Incorrect sizes selected during checkout
  • Approved artwork containing spelling or design errors
  • Minor color differences between digital screens and printed products

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded artwork, spelling, colors, placement, and design details before approving production.

Once production has started, artwork changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If we make an error or your item arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect garment
  • Incorrect design
  • Wrong embroidery placement
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins. After artwork approval or production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Shipping Delays

Pressora Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
