Welcome to Pressora Prints. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products & Services

Pressora Prints specializes in premium custom apparel, embroidery, Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, promotional products, and branded merchandise.

Because many of our products are custom made, product images are for illustration purposes only. Final colors, placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to garment materials, monitor settings, and production methods.

Customer Artwork

By submitting artwork, logos, or other designs, you certify that:

• You own the rights to the artwork, or
• You have permission from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce it.

Pressora Prints reserves the right to refuse any artwork that we believe violates copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.

Customers assume full legal responsibility for all submitted artwork.

Custom Orders

Every custom order is produced specifically for the customer.

• Orders cannot be changed after production begins.
• Please review all spelling, sizes, colors, garment selections, and artwork before approving production.
• Production times begin after artwork approval (when applicable).

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quotes provided for custom projects are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.

For certain business, wholesale, or custom orders, Pressora Prints may issue invoices or draft orders requiring payment before production begins.

Production & Turnaround

Estimated production times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

Production schedules may vary depending on order volume, artwork approval, inventory availability, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.

Pressora Prints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, weather, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, most custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless an error occurred during production or the item arrived damaged.

Limitation of Liability

Pressora Prints shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, text, and original artwork created by Pressora Prints remain the intellectual property of Pressora Prints unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction or use of our content is prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
